The Honduran white front amazon is a central American parrot. They are known for their ability to imitate 30 to 40 different sounds. They usually live to around 40 years old. They are found in small flocks of up to 20 birds and inhabit a wide range of habitats such rainforest to cactus savannahs. This specific subspecies can be found in southeastern Mexico to northwestern Costa Rica
